Terms & Conditions
  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one of the seven (7) rewards below:
    1. $68 CAD Live Event Credit towards a minimum of two (2) tickets
    2. Three (3)-month free Yoga classes at Yogaia
    3. One (1)-month access to Calm Radio
    4. Thirty (30)-day free pass to BoxHIIT Live
    5. Three (3)-month of premium access to The Mindfulness App
    6. Four (4) video sessions of on-demand Pilates
    7. Thirty (30) minutes of 1:1 virtual nutrition consultation
  2. In order for a “Customer” to be eligible to receive a Reward, Customer must:
    1. Be over the age of 18 at the time of purchase
    2. Be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec)
    3. Purchase one Donia Farms Greek Yogurt and two other Donia Farms products in a single transaction in the promotional period
    4. Upload the receipt and submit an Application Form within 14 days of purchase, where Customer must enter name, postal code and email address (“Application Form”).
  3. Within five (5) business days of the Application Form submission, qualified Customers will receive an email with a Reward Code and instructions to redeem the Reward.
  4. This promotion begins February 16, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on April 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
  5. One Reward per person per email address.
  6. Reward Codes valid until July 31, 2026.
  7. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  8. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Reward.
  9. Reward may auto-renew after the free trial at the selected subscription/membership tier.
  10. Rewards are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
  11. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  12. Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.
  13. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.

  19. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter and Donia Farms Ltd. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  20. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with reward partner.
  21. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Donia Farms Ltd., and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  22. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
  23. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  24. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.
  25. The Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  26. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
  27. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
